Terms for Car Hire in Spain

Car Rates include:

Full insurance, unlimited mileage, C.W.D., tax, delivery and collection at Alicante airport.

Our insurance covers glass - Windscreen and Windows.

Our Insurance covers damage to locks.

Car Rates do NOT Include:

Wheels, tyres, theft of personal items, damage to interior, fines, towing, loss of keys and unauthorised drivers.

Our insurance does not cover damage rims tyres or punctures but we do offer a one off payment per rental of 15 Euros to cover wheels. It also does not cover damage to the under side of the vehicle keep on ash-felted roads at all times.

Personal items are not covered.

Your home insurance or holiday insurance must cover your personal items. If you do need to make a claim on your insurance you will be required to make an official statement at the National Police station where the incident happened.

Returns:

We allow one hour before and after time given as departure.

Late Returns:

If the car is returned later than one hour after time given as departure, an extra day will be charged.

Petrol:

Car comes with a full tank of petrol which must be paid for on arrival.

Roof Rack:

We do not supply roofracks.

Baby/Booster Seat:

Baby Seat Booster Seats charges of 3 € per day per seat.

Several companies on the internet advertise full insurance and no excess but check terms and conditions and you will find several items not included!!

Any accident must be reported in person to our office with a full accident report to submit to our insurance company. If you fail to submit a report your insurance cover will be reverted to third party insurance.
